What We Will Do

Complimentary location transfers

An additional transportation fee of 1,800 JPY applies within central Tokyo. For areas surrounding Tokyo, the transportation fee is 2,400 JPY. No extra fees apply for the 1-Day Session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot: Eligible for a full refund, minus applicable bank service fees.
Made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot or in case of no-shows: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling (once only)

On the day of the shoot: Treated as a cancellation
Made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot: 50% of the total fee
At least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot: Free
